The second season of Xbox LIVE Primetime launch show1 vs. 100is kicking off in a few days from now. On November 20th, we’ll be participating amongst the digital crowd believing once again that there’s a chance one of us could become the One and win a VCR or whatever. While we doubt we can game the system enough to get an opportunity to win big prizes, the threat of earning an Achievement or two is very likely this time around....

Unlike that old, wash-up Phoenix Wright, Apollo Justice is a rookie defense attorney who visits crime scenes, questions witnesses, and collects various pieces of evidence. Ask anyone who missed an Atlus title’s launch and attempted to pick it up later how hard finding their games can be. The only thing worse than being the gamer who tries to find the recommended Atlus title “too late” is being the “responsible” game buyer that let a good one slip through the cracks. After being both several times, I started wondering why their games are so damned hard to find....
Blizzard just dropped this new video promoting the upcoming Patch 4.2 forWorld of Warcraft, also known as “Rage of the Firelands.” Clearly the more well-attuned amongst Orcs have an idea that things aren’t right and it seems as though things are about to get a whole lot worse. Yesterday, we heard that the upcoming Wii title from THQ,Deadly Creatures, was going to feature someHollywood heavyweightsamongst its voice talent. We now have a promotional video featuring one of these actors, Dennis Hopper. Watch as a subdued Dennis gives a little bit of info on his character and a taste of his voice work in the game. Voice work, particularly when stars are involved, is a tricky thing. I get frustrated sometimes when film and television actors are cast in these roles because there’s a host of dedicated voice actors who make their careers out of their ability to bend their voice to suit a wide variety of different characters....
