I playedHomefront’smultiplayer this past week and can’t say a thing about it until Wednesday! So until then, here’s a multiplayer trailer showing off the 32-player carnage that you can experience on the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. June 23 is when Japan will finally see upcoming Wii action-RPGEarth Seekeron their store shelves. Developer Crafts & Meister has fudged with a date a few times now, but it looks solid for this summer this time around, saysInside Games. We’re still waiting on word of a Western release for this lovely Wii title. From what I’ve seen of it, I don’t think localization would be too difficult. Despite Nintendo’s attempts at building a sturdier Wii strap for the Wiitards of the world, the money-hungry blood-sucking lawyers are still going to go after Big N for their “defective” product. Here’s theoriginal statement, more or less: According to a statement from San Francisco-based law firm Green Welling, “Nintendo’s failure to include a remote that is free from defects is in breach of Nintendo’s own product warranty.” The lawsuit “seeks to enjoin Nintendo from continuing its unfair or deceptive business practices as it relates to the Nintendo Wii....

The famous Yuji Naka has been chatting it up withGamasutrawhere he discussed his departure from Sega, his excellent lookingLet’s Tapand his plans for the future, which include a game being described as “likeSonic.” Naka, in case you did not know, was one of the originalSonicprogrammers. This means that, unlike most of Sonic Team, he actually knows how to make goodSonicgames. That’s good. My number one favorite thing in all of videogamedom is a portable strategy role-playing game. It really is my personal favorite gaming experience, hands down. I’ve said it a million times, but there’s nothing I like more than a portable SRPG, especially on the PSP.
