Today, Electronic Arts announced a decent sized patch for the PC version ofSpore. Dear pants, I’m sorry I soiled you. This afternoon Activision released video ofPrototype’sintroductory cinematic. I lost control of my bowels within the first few seconds. That protagonist — Alex Mercer — is one hard dude, completely hell bent on destroying everything in his path. Before I saw this video, I thoughtPrototypewasSpider-manon steroids (not a horrendous thing, mind you) but now I’m starting to see real potential, particularly in the game’s tone and narrative....
