From what I played of it, it’s a pretty cool guy and ought to be worth checking out for fans of third-person action games. Earlier today, it was announced that Sony was offering three of seventeen downloadable games to PSPgo upgraders who registered their older PSPs online. This seemed to hint that Sony would not be offering straight-up UMD-to-digital conversions for PSPgo owners who wanted to transfer their old game collections. Sony has now admitted that, while it was once evaluating the possibility of conversions, no such offer can be made at this time due to legal reasons....

Resistance 3hits PlayStation 3 today, and Sony’s already on top of announcing the first DLC for Insomniac’s first-person shooter. The “Survival” pack will be hitting the PlayStation Store on October 4, and will be bringing a new mode, “Invasion,” to the game’s multiplayer. This new game type is all about humans and Chimera battling it out to control various points on maps. The pack, which will cost $3.99, also comes with new multiplayer skins as well as an XMB theme....

GoNintendo has acquired images ofmarketing slideswhich supposedly outline a couple of future Wii titles. One of these is a exercise game which simulates cycling using a special peripheral. In addition to the description of gameplay above, the rest of the page boasts that the game will feature over sixty game modes. The pedal features three levels of resistance to accomodate different exercise levels. There’s no information on whether the game is being published by Nintendo or a third-party....
