Apparently, PlayStation 3 is the game console of choice for villains. First there was Darth Vader inSoulcalibur IV, then the Joker inBatman: Arkham Asylum, and now it’s been revealed that you can control Emperor Zurg inToy Story 3if you own the PS3 version. Also exclusive to PlayStation 3 is Move support, which makes a lot more sense. Specifically, the motion controller will be limited to minigames, with a shooting gallery the only example given....

The drought continues on from last week fellow gamers. But there’s hope! In about two weeks, some reallygoodgamesfor the 360 andthe Wiiwill becoming out. CDV kindly sent me over a new trailer forSacred 2: Fallen Angel, involving one of my favorite things ever — awesome skeletons. As a bonus, it also has the punching of skeleton faces, which just adds to the greatness. I am still undecided on the game itself. In theory, it sounds like a neat RPG to tide me over until the next high profile game, but it seems that reactions have been mixed....

We’ve remained hopeful after hearing the early rumors that the Netflix movie streaming service may be coming to consoles. Since then, we haven’t heard any new news. But, if you’re like me, you’re constantly reminded of the rumor whenever you boot up the service on your computer. I watchedPablo Francisco’scomedy DVD on my television the other day, which was streamed from my PC via Netflix. It’s not terribly difficult to connect a PC to a television to use this feature, but it would be so much easier to use the already connected internet-enabled consoles we own....

I just played the demo for this XBL Indie Game,Paipa, and it’s pretty fun. A steampunk-themed puzzle game where you’re trying to keep Her Majesty’s ship afloat. Her Majesty’s ship that’s on a non-stop flight toMars, that is. Not that the concept matters too much, but I like the flavor. In the game, you keep water from flooding by creating pathways of pipes from one side of the screen to the other....

Capcom will be at CES next week and they’re bringingSuper Street Fighter IVwith them! This will be the first time that people will be able to get their hands onSuper Street Fighter IVwith all the new characters Capcom has revealed so far such as Juri, Guy, Cody and Adon. Capcom also plans on holding a little tournament where you’ll be able to win prizes. They really want people to try out the new characters so players will be awarded bonus points for playing as the new fighters during the tournament....

But at $29.88 for the PS2 and $39.88 for the PS3/360/Wii versions, it may be a bit too pricey to sell as well as Harmonix, MTV, EA, and Wal-Mart want it to sell.
