In a recent conversation withGTTV(viaTVGB),Mass Effect 2project director Casey Hudson revealed that most of theME2team would switch to working onME2downloadable content after the completion of the core game. And don’t expect just huge expansion packs — the game will support a range of different content unlike the firstME. “As part of trying to build the game, as ambitious as it was, one of the things we weren’t able to do technically was to have the support in the game itself for certain kinds of downloadable content,” Hudson said, speaking to the firstMass Effectand its hang-ups....

The last time we heard anything aboutKillzone 2wasback during E3when Nex was going through a phase where he would give editors ridiculous nicknames. It’s odd that Sony hasn’t been saying much on the game. The PlayStation 3 is in desperate need for some original games that aren’t going to get ported to the 360 at some point in its life … The screenshots don’t reveal anything really. IGNhas gotten word that Starbreeze Studios are working on downloadable content forThe Chronicles of Riddick: Assault on Dark Athena. The DLC will take the form of a multiplayer map pack with a total of five maps. Details, other than the amount of maps, are nonexistent. The UK games industry is clenching its buttocks in anticipation for Dr. Tanya Byron’s infamous report on videogames and the Internet in relation to my home country’s children.
