PS3 only does Helghast in sexy new Killzone 3 trailer

Here’s a sleek new trailer advertising the multiplayer component ofKillzone 3. It was released to get us all pumped up for the beta, and I have to say that it does the trick pretty well. It shows off the classes, the jetpacks, the maps and the mechs, all dripping in Brian Cox’s silky voice. Killzone 3is, naturally, one of my most anticipated games of next year. As a big fan of the last game, I’m really looking forward to donning a red-eyed gas mask and destroying yet more fools in the name of the Helghast....

Review: Dissidia: Final Fantasy

Dissidia: Final Fantasy, like all Square Enix games, has been a long time coming. Truly must-have titles on the PSP are few and far between, and withDissidiacramming a ludicrous amount ofFinal Fantasyfan service into a promising fighting game vehicle, it seemed like this would be the next big hit on Sony’s handheld. However, is fan service enough to keep Dissidia’s rather messy hack n’ slash button mashing compelling, or doesDissidianeed more than dream match ups and a ridiculous plot to make this something people need to buy a PSP for?...

Sega has to be feeling the heat on the Yakuza 3 edits

As we told you a few days ago,Sega pulled the hostess barsout of our localized version of PS3 gameYakuza 3. If you’re anything like me, you were disappointed. I’m glad that Destructoid readers are a bit more level headed than some other site’s readers. I’m with most of you in saying that a gimped version is better than none at all. And while no one wants to hear that a localized game does not come with 100% of the original content, I’m still glad that Sega took the time to bring this fine videogame to North American and Europe....
