Do not panic! Playstation Home is still a priority. Please go back to whatever it is you were doing before you heard the news that it was possibly no longer a priority for Sony. Chances are whatever you were doing was not involving Home, but if it was (dressing up for Halloween?) you should be in a better mood now. A court ruling over the sale of a software package has set a disturbing new precedent that could effectively be used to outlaw used games in the United States. Software developer Autodesk has successfully won a case against defendant Timothy Vernor, blocking him from being able to legally sell a program called AutoDesk on the grounds that the software’s End User License Agreement “significantly restricts the user’s ability to transfer the software and imposes notable use restrictions....

It’s been some time, but I’ve been able to release myself from the death-grip known as Infinite Interactive’sPuzzle Quest: Challenge of the Wardlords. Its cunning mix of classic gem-matching gameplay with role-playing game elements was too hard to resist. Club Nintendoin Japan has been updated with a new reward for cashing in those Nintendo products: a giant alternate-reality card for 3DS. It’s73 x 46 cm, which is a heck of a lot bigger than the cards packed in with the system. One side outputs your Mii, while the other does Mario.
