Microsoft sued for Xbox 360 updates

Remember when the Xbox 360 fall update was released and a small 1% (60,000 people)experiencedbroken 360s with the error screen seen above? Well since then we’ve playedCall of Duty 3and problems seemed to be “All Quiet on the Western Front,” but a few disgruntled gamers have recently decided to take action against Microsoft, a class-action lawsuit action to be more precise. Accusing Microsoft of breaching contract, negligence, and violation of the Consumer Protection Act in a Washington district court, the plaintiff isdemandingthat Microsoft pay atleast$5,000,000 in damages for their contract breaching actions, and atleastanother $5,000,000 in damages for their deceptive actions under the CPA laws....

Miyamoto helps promote Samurai Warriors 3, grins menacingly

Shigeru Miyamoto showed up at a recentSamurai Warriors 3event, which seemed random at first, but makes sense after a little digging. Nintendo releasing colored straps in Japan, world wishes they could get in on it

Siliconerais reporting that Nintendo is prepped to release a plethora of colored straps for the Wii remote this September. Unfortunately, the giant publisher has decided that it will only push these straps out in Japan for the time being. The package pictured above is available for the meager price of 1,000 yen, but you can buy singles for 300 yen. I’m a little disappointed that a black option isn’t available, but I heard the Wii demographic isn’t exactly filled with guys like me....
