Ubisoft’s DRM servers are getting hammered once again as players find themselves locked out of their games. The publisher has been experiencing problems with DOS attacks since the weekend, although itfirst claimedthat the issue was merely a case of “unprecedented demand” before revealing an altogethermore malicious reason. “Our servers are under attack again,” explains the publisher. “Some gamers are experiencing trouble signing in. We’re working on it and will keep you posted....

CVG has confirmedwith Vivendi that a demo for the forthcoming third-person espionage titleThe Bourne Conspiracywill be coming to Xbox LIVE and PlayStation Network next month. Before the dinosaurs partied themselves out of existence, we reviewed two games by Swedish developer, Frictional Games:Penumbra: Overture Episode 1andPenumbra: Black Plague. Both titles were dark, creative puzzle-oriented FPS titles that received decent review scores. Now Frictional is back with a new game,Unknown, and judging from the assets we received, it seems like the developer is capitalizing on what they accomplished with their previous titles. One caveat:Unknownwon’t be released until the second quarter of 2010....

In Nintendo’s most recent attempt to attain world domination viaWii Fit, they will join forces with celebrity trainer Ashley Borden to hold an event in Central Park in New York this May 19th. Nintendo will have a truckload of balance boards at the ready for live demonstrations at this launch event, but here is the cool part: for every person that goes through the demo, Nintendo will make a $5 donation (up to $25k) to the American Heart Association....
