If you’re looking to buyRageon the Xbox 360 and you like to install your games, you’re going to need to do a sh*tload of deletion first. id Software’s John Carmack has stated that you’ll need to shove 22GB of information down your 360’s throat. Review: Ys Seven

I’m trying to remember the last time I played an action RPG. I…can’t. Maybe that’s why playing through Falcom’s newly releasedYs Sevenwas so refreshing. It’s not amazing or groundbreaking by any measure, but it is lighthearted, polished and fun. When was the last time you said that about any game? We put the PSP title through its paces, running freely, flipping incessantly, swords a-swinging all the while. If you haven’t picked up your PSP in awhile, this game is a great reason to dust it off and charge its battery....

Rock Band hub almost causes fire, EA support robot doesn’t care

Jim Squires, a blogger at TheBBPSrecently experienced quite the scare with hisRock BandUSB hub. While the unit was plugged into the wall and his Xbox 360 was turned on, the cord for the hub began smoldering. No structural damage or cats were harmed during the episode, but the same can’t be said about Squire’s USB cord. Rousing, patriotic Dead Rising 2 shaky cam footage

First off, this footage ofDead Rising 2‘s single-player game play is over-the-shoulder cam footage. Sorry for that. That’s how they make us do it. So while you get to seeDead Rising 2in action, you have to see some of Nick Chester’s shoulder and arm with it. That’s how it goes, though. Try it in HD for a better look. Rumortoid: Microsoft dropping 20GB 360 for 60GB model, considering new SKU

With the death of HD-DVD, rumors regarding a possible Xbox 360 price drop, and the recent psuedo-confirmation of aBlu-Ray addition to the 360something had to be up over at Microsoft HQ. It appears that soon, if the rumors are to be trusted, Microsoft will be dropping their 20GB Xbox 360 model in favor of a 60GB default hard drive bundled system. Now bear with me for a moment as I rampantly speculate, but considering the possible price drop, Blu-Ray addition, switch to a larger hard drive, and rumored new SKU it seems as if Microsoft is planning on introducing a new bundle of some kind....

Say hello to Reinhart in the newest Dungeon Siege III vid

Here’s yet another trailer forDungeon Siege III, detailing the character Reinhart. He’s an old, beardy, disheveled mage who specialized in entropic, unconventional magic. Status afflictions and unique destructive spells are his specialty. I’m really digging how unconventional all the characters are so far. Should be quite a diverse, interesting title. Here’s hoping Obsidian pulls out a win on this one, since they seem capable of eithergreat triumphs, orgreat disasters, with very little middle ground....
