According to a recent PR blast, Fatshark has released “multiple patches” for theTeam Fortress 2-style Wild West shooter to keep users happy and fragging. There are actually two separate versions of this bad boy, both of which are releasing during the third quarter of this year. In Chicago, five teens were arrested for breaking into a video game store. Two of the five might have escaped successfully if they were smart enough to avoid the cops, but instead they asked the officers for a ride home. A local resident heard glass breaking at a local videogame store and phoned the Chicago police, who responded and managed to find a shattered glass window and three burglars. The three ran; police managed to capture one, but the other two escaped....
A number of UK retailers may beskeptical of the PSPgo, but American retailer GameStop isgetting wet at the prospectof selling Sony’s latest attempt to dominate handheld gaming. The biggest games retailer in North America seems to think that people will desire the Wii Balance Board in the near future. It’s the only explanation I have for an offer GameStop recently sent out to customers via e-mail because the far less interesting alternative is that they just have a ton of copies ofWii Fitwithout the accompanying accessory. So, what’s GameStop offering up? $40 in trade credit. That seems to be close to the going rate on eBay....
Alpha Protocol’sMichael Thornton is like Daniel Craig’s Bond character, minus the impressiveribletsand beautiful pectorals. Thornton prepares in beautiful safehouses, blends into hostile environments and can rock terrorists when the situation calls for it. He’s even a bit of a ladies man, or at least, a sharp dresser. Protocolis being shown in Cologne and, naturally, Sega of America has released some fresh screenshots to accompany any coverage. Aside from the ultra-thrilling finalized logo, you’ll notice a variety of scenes plucked from what we’ve mentioned above, as well as two shots showing off a menu and the dialogue system....
To the surprise of nearly none, LionheadrevealedFable IIItoday at gamescom. Designer Peter Molyneux, as he usually does, made many bold statements about the game. But talk, as they say, is cheap. So it’s a good thing they already have a trailer prepared forFable III, which can you see after the jump.
