Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater Boss battles are awesome. Wait, no, let me correct that.Someboss battles are awesome. Boss battles should be the ultimate in satisfying rewards, right? Minecraftand the creativity that people put towards it never ceases to amaze me. Here we have video of a mod for the game which adds elements fromPortalinto the game, including the Aperture Science Handheld Portal Generator, heel springs, energy pellets and, of course, test chambers. The problem I have with theDuke Nukemfranchise is that my interest levels started low and went downhill from there. I was going to review3Dfor the site but I got halfway through the first chapter and questioned what I was doing, so I stopped. Topware has announced the firstexpansion packtoTwo Worlds II,Pirates of the Flying Fortress. After selling 2.5 million copies worldwide, the publisher has determined that another adventure in Antaloor is more than worth it. Flying Fortressadds “dozens” of new weapons, “impact-oriented” horse armor, new breeds of horses, a fresh selection of bosses, rain/thunderstorm weather effects and new animations in dialog/cutscenes. Obviously, a new single-player quest is on the cards, and there will also be some new multiplayer maps....

Yesterday, Ubisoft claimed that its controversial (and f*cking retarded) DRM servers were down due to what it called “exceptional demand.” Not only was that comment insulting to anybody with a brain, it’s also been revealed as a bare-faced lie. Ubisoft has since commented that the DRM servers were attacked. “Apologies to anyone who couldn’t playACIIorSH5yesterday,” explains thepublisher’s Twitter, clearly having not yet received the PR memo. “Servers were attacked which limited service from 2:30pm to 9pm Paris time....

Sad news forMass Effect 2fans (which should be everybody) — EA has announced that the upcoming DLC, Kasumi’s Stolen Memory, has been slightly delayed on both 360 and PC. According to an EA spokesperson, the DLC is being hindered by “server troubles”, and as a result the content is currently unavailable for download. No timeframe was given for when the download would actually be working, but EA says they’re working with Microsoft to fix whatever the problem is, and that the content will release “as soon as possible”....
