I had my first chance to catch a sneak peek at the game last week at THQ’s Gamer’s day, and it’s shaping up to look like, well, otherDestroy All Humans!titles. The game is set in the 1970s, following the events of the recent Wii-onlyDestroy All Humans!game,Big Willy Unleashed....
THQ has announced that they will continue their partnership with theWWEfranchise for the next eight years. THQ will be the sole provider of all things professional wrestling for all major videogame platforms. No doubt this is great news to THQ stockholders as theWWEvideogames have netted over $1.4 billion in sales since 1995, according to the NPD. THQ has also announced thatthe lawsuitagainst Jakks Pacific and theWWEhas been settled. All three parties withdrew their claims without any admitting any wrongdoing....

They say thatUGO Entertainmentis in talks with Ziff Davis Media to buy up network sites like 1UP, GameVideos, and MyCheats.com. The anonymous source says that the two companies are in “very advanced talks,” and that the 1UP staff were informed yesterday of the deal in a meeting. UGO execs may be flying out to meet the Ziff Davis staff as early as today....

Instead of puzzle pieces, you’re arranging rows and columns of things you’ve rolled up before inKatamari Damacy: scissors, bananas, dogs. It seems that these “sets” are thrown up into a black hole in space, all while the King of Cosmos watches on. The game play reminds me of another puzzle game I’ve played, but I can’t quite remember which one it was....
