E3 2007: Sony’s press conference status update

Hey all. Just a quick update from the E3 team — they’re stuck in a spot where they can’t get wi-fi, so the conference can’t be liveblogged. E3: ICO/SotC HD collection out in September in 3D!

HELL YEAH! I have been looking forward to theICO/Shadow of the ColossusHD collection every since it was first announced, and now I know I will be playing it this September … in 3D! It’s nice to know the game will be officially out in only a few months, but the implementation of 3D comes as quite the surprise! What do you think? Do you care about 3D addition? E3: Wii U: Dat Zelda clip!!!

Did…did you see that little Zelda clip?! When Nintendo showed off the Wii U this morning at their press conference, there was a little bit of a clip of a HD Zelda game worked into the video montage. We saw some inventory action on the Wii U controller, but I was more hung up on the very short clip of the actual unannounced game. It was a big, beautiful boss fight....

EEDAR: Xbox Live price hike is ‘incredible value’

The news that Microsoft wasraising prices for a number of Xbox Live Gold subscriptionswas met with uniform negativity among gamers, but EEDAR analyst Jesse Divinch thinks otherwise. Epic inches towards world domination: Destineer licenses Unreal Engine 3
