They’re not officially on the store yet, but you can “redownload” them by going to the 3DS eShop, clicking on the Menu in the top-left corner, hitting “Settings,” going to the “Your Downloads” section and scrolling down. They’re all there and can be downloaded easily. I just checked them out, and they seem to work just fine.
So, if you want these “free” games that you shouldn’t be paying for anyway, you can get ’em right at this instant. For once, Nintendo being totally clueless about how to run a digital store has worked in our favor!
