Despite this obvious marketing flaw, aWorld of Warcraftrestaurant has indeed opened in Beijing, China. The establishment’s interior is designed to mimic Blizzard’s world-crushing MMO, with artwork from the game surrounding diners. The restaurant’s entrance is even designed to apeWarcraft‘s opening menus.
On the subject of menus, the food is all renamed to give off aWarcraftvibe, and the main dining area is known as the Hall of Snowstorms. The owner of the restaurant — himself a bigWoWfan — is hoping that others like him will find a “comfortable gathering place” here.
