Fans ofMetroidgames, and indeed, fans of good-looking games in general will want to watch this footage ofInsanely Twisted Shadow Planet(XBLA) that’s come out of PAX East.
Ten full minutes, with minimal editing to be found — this is one of those it-sells-itself scenarios, no question. The art style and animation are superb, which is obviously great. But more importantly, the mechanics look to be a considerable amount of fun.
That saw blade weapon at about eight minutes in is also suitably badass.
