Taito has announced today in Japan thatPuzzle Bobble Live!is on its way to XBLA, priced at 800 MS points, bringing along this gallery full of screenshots with it.

If you live in North America, you probably knowPuzzle BobbleasBust-A-Move, which is most likely what this new version will also be called when it makes its way to the states. The game’s single-player mode features 135 stages, split into 5-stage “zones,” as well as a Vs CPU mode and Endless mode, which has your Xbox Avatar come out tobothercheer on Bub or Bob as they’re trying to work. There’s also a 2-player mode, both local and online.

Taito will be also be offering additional downloadable stage packs, consisting of 135 new stages each. The first includes stages fromPuzzle Bobble 2, and the second a collection fromSuper Puzzle BobbleandPuzzle Bobble DX.
