Super Meat Boy, previously announced for both PC and WiiWare, has now been confirmed for Xbox LIVE Arcade.
Here’s the news that might get some Wii owner’s panties in a bunch — it’s coming to Xbox LIVE Arcadebeforeit comes to WiiWare (or PC, for that matter). The game’s controls will remain mostly the same —Super Meat Boyfeatures no motion-specific gameplay movements. The XBLA version of the title will also feature online play, which the WiiWare version lacks.
There’s also a Mac version of the game in the works, and despite havingSuper Meat Boyup and running on a PlayStation 3 test kit, there are no current plans to bring it the PlayStation Network.
