The newest in the Suikoden series is going portable, making an apperance on the Nintendo DS asGenso Suikoden Tierkreis.
According to Famitsu,Tierkreisbegins after the final fight of the 108 Stars, where only four heroes remain. You’ll play as a member of a peacekeeping group, fending off monsters and baddies attacking your village. While exploring the mountains near your village, you come upon a strange light, which marks the beginning of this new story.
Gameplay consists of parties of four at first, but this is aSuikodengame, so you know your party will grow to an insane size. You’ll be able to pick from your group to make your party later, saysIGN.
As of now,Suikoden Tierkreisis only 50% complete, and we’re still waiting on a release date. For now, check out some Famitsu scans in our gallery.
