Harmonix/MTV Games’s upcoming music/rhythm gameRock Bandwill support downloadable musical content, and we’ve learned that Nirvana’s popular albumNevermindwill be among those releases.
Nirvana’sNevermindrocked the early 1990’s with its smash single “Smells Like Teen Spirit” and eventually went platinum, moving over 25 million albums worldwide.
CVGsays that the album download will be made available after the game launches later this year, but no release date has been given. The first downloadable album will be The Who’sWho’s Next, which MTV Games says will be available soon after the game’s release.
