The long-awaited first bit ofGrand Theft Auto IVdownloadable content The Lost and the Damned finally lives in the form of this first trailer, which you can see after the jump.

As with most Rockstar “joints,” the trailer has a pretty heavy focus on its film-like production quality. While we have no idea what (if any) new types of gameplay we’ll see, it’s clear that Rockstar are aiming for a much different feel withThe Lost and the Damned. It’s subtle, but you can see it the use of color, voices, and even the music, Sepultura’s classic track “Dead Embryonic Cells.”
