Indeed, QuakeCon is an event that is happening in 2010. Earlier this morning we learned that id Software’s perennial event will be hold in Dallas, Texas at the Hilton Anatole Hotel on August 12th-15th, and it won’t cost you a dime: the event is free for all to attend.
No official word on will be shown at the event, or its speakers, but we’re guessing id Software’sRAGE, as well as Bethesda and Obsidian’sFallout: New Vegaswill be the big ticket items. Additional details, we’re told, will be revealed in a few weeks. Probably after all this GDC business is done.
