Ah,Bionic Commando. I loved that game. It seems like just last week when I was talking about how they should have just remade the original instead of thewierd, post-apocalyptic reinvention. Wait – that was last week, and it seems like Capcom heard my cries.
IGNreports that the latest Famitsu has a look atBionic Commando: Master D Revival Plan, a 3D remake of the original title. In Japan, it sports the slightly cooler title ofHitler’s Revival.
Aside from a 3D overhaul, it seems that the title will also see a simultaneous two player mode as well as some elements that will tie to the newBionic Commandotitle. Nifty!
The title will eventually be sold through Xbox Live Arcade and the PlayStation Store. We don’t have a release date yet, but Japanese gamers will get their hands on this download this Spring.
