Dead Rising 2: Case Zeroreleases today on Xbox 360. We’ll have a review of the game a little later today but I wanted to give you this taste first. So,Dead Spaceis on the Wii whether you like it or not, and we have abunch of screensto show for it. There’s not a lot to go on so far, but one thing is very clear — it looks miles better thanDead Rising‘s Wii iteration ever did, so we can be thankful forthatat least. Destructoid review: Lock’s Quest

Lock’s Questis a game that has been scarcely covered, and I have no idea why. Despite being published by the rather notable THQ, it seems that a lot of gamers have never even heard of this DS strategy game. That doesn’t make the slightest bit of sense. This game is worth your time and consideration. I’ll say that right now before we even get started on the review. The lack of attention that this seems to have been given, both by the gaming press and THQ’s own PR, is surprising....

Oh wait, no… it’s another CGI video. BAH! Cynicism aside, this is still a beautiful and exciting trailer. The music is fantastic and the story looks really promising. I am quite thrilled by what I’m seeing, and I really hope we see some gameplay to back it up....

Donkey Kong Country Returns concept art is stunning

You know art is of exceptional quality when your first instinct is to start listing off devices you own that have screen sizes small enough to match the web-sized piece in question. You’re getting an upgrade, Eee PC! Holmes sent this —a post on ConceptArt.orgby user Sammy of variousDonkey Kong Country Returnsillustrations — in to our internal tip line. He freaked out, but wasn’t able to claim it. Similarly, Chad wasn’t able to take the story but freaked out even more....

Don’t expect to see Thief 4 soon

Wipe the tears of glee and cork the anticipation. It looks like we popping skulls with blackjacks inThief 4for a while. An Eidos-Montreal developer recently toldIncGamers(viaJoystiq) that the game is currently in pre-production — a step shy of full-blown production (or development, if you will.) The dev, Stephane D’Astous, went on to mention that Eidos-Montreal is currently hiring. DRM drama over Riddick: Assault on Dark Athena

So, Atari has come forward and announced thatRiddick: Assault on Dark Athenafor the PC is going to come with some DRM. DRM in the form of an activation system. An activation system that lets you install the game as many times as you want on 3 machines, and then it stops working. As you might predict, a lot of people are upset about this. Atari tried to assure people that it really wasn’t that bad, that no one would REALLY need to install it on more than 3 machines anyway, and that anyone who hit the install limit and had a legitimate reason to put it on a 4th computer could call them and get it all sorted out....

E3 10: Dormammu confirmed for Marvel Vs. Capcom 3

Looks likeGuitar Atomikwas right. In this new trailer forMarvel Vs. Capcom 3, the dreaded Dormammu shows his fiery face in what could be a last boss/major villain-sort of role. No sign of Dr. Strange so far, but ifCapcom’s Seth Killiangets his way, I’m sure it’s just a matter of time before the ex-Sorcerer Supreme makes his way into the proceeding. Oh, and I got to play the game yesterday. It felt a lot likeMvC2....
