Following a ton of screenshots forClash of the Titans, we’re now given a fresh look at the game adaptation of the recent movie in high-tech moving picture form.

This is going to sound weird for anyone who didn’t grow up with a Super Nintendo or Genesis, but I can’t seem to shake the notion thatClash of the Titansresembles film-based videogames from the 16-bit generation.

Apparently the movie wasn’t zany enough on its own, so it was decided that adding a crazy roster of beasts for the game would be ideal. That’s not to say that likeAladdin,The Lion King, or any other number ofgoodlicensed games,Clash of the Titanswill also be worth investing in.

If I had to guess, I’d probably say it won’t be. But maybe, just maybe, it’ll be decent enough for the kids who saw the new flick and talked their parents into buying them this game counterpart. Although, it won’t be out at retail until July — what the hell, guys?
