Thanks to a post on theJapanese Xbox site, it’s confirmed thatMr. Driller Onlineis coming out this Wednesday in Japan for Xbox Live. Of course, the majority of the Destructoid staff will be inplanes to Cancunby then, so it wouldn’t have mattered even if it was the US release. A few of ourexpert community blog matlockershad already uncovered it as rumor, but now we can only assume that a US release should soon follow.
It looks like the game will have a strong focus for multiplayer fans, featuring the following modes:
Being a single player quest kind of girl, I’m glad they left an option in for that as well. The game will cost 800 Microsoft points, but still no word on when the US release will follow.
