Shigenori Nishikawa is moving on. He directed Platinum Games’ Wii gameMadWorldunder Platinum creator Shinji Mikami, who is also known as the creator ofResident Evil.Now Mikami has moved on to create a new studio named Tango, and it seems that Nishikawa will follow.
You might have seen Nishikawa’s work in some of Capcom’sDino Crisisgames, as well as the GameCube remakes ofResident EvilandResident Evil 4.
While Platinum has more lined up with their upcoming gameVanquish, it looks like Tango is set to be the new hotness, as Mikami and Nishikawa join Grasshopper Manufacture sound director Masashi Takada andOkamiart director Naoki Katakai to work on what Mikami says will be a survival horror using 3D technology.
