It’s all rainbows and sunshine over at Mad Catz HQ. Yesterday, the third-party peripheral and hardware manufacturer announced that another deal with Microsoft is in the books. The two companies recently signed a license agreement that allows Mad Catz to carry on manufacturing and distributing Xbox 360 wireless specialty controllers. In other words, moreRock Bandbasses and other sizeable products with the Mad Catz brand will continue clotting retailer shelves.

“This agreement expands our relationship with Microsoft and we look forward to shipping a range of new wireless specialty controllers, the first of which will be our wireless Fender bass guitar forRock Band, later this month,” said Darren Richardson, President and Chief Executive Officer of Mad Catz via press release.
