Next year, Warner Bros. Interactive will publish Snowblind Studios’Lord of the Rings: War in the North, a title that’s quickly becoming one of my most anticipated games of 2011. That’s why I’m pleased to be able to present this latest trailer for the title as a 24-hour exclusive for Destructoid readers.
It’s an extended cut of the trailer we first saw back at E3, including some action we’ve already seen, but there’s plenty here to feast your eyes on for the first time. While not in-game footage, the clip gets to the heart of whatWar in the Northis all about — cooperative gameplay. Players choose between being an elf, a dwarf, and a human, each with his or her unique abilities. Using these distinct skills in unison will be key to survival… and killing that big-ass troll.
