Along with its Holiday line-up for Wii and Nintendo DS, Nintendo has announced that Link’s new DS adventure,The Legend of Zelda: Spirit Trackswill be released on December 7.
Nintendo also dropped the game’s North American box art on our asses, which you may see in the gallery. It features Link, a train, and a big, menacing knight carrying a big, menacing sword.
Releasing anything in December, after most of the holiday shopping has been done, seems a bit risky. But this is Nintendo we’re talking about, and I suppose the power theZeldafranchise has to drive people (and gift-buyers) to retail shouldn’t be underestimated.
