Just about everything has been ported to iOS. The newest game to get the iPhone treatment is SNK’s King of Fighters, now calledKing of Fighters-i.

As you’d expect, this is KoF with touchscreen virtual controls. These controls are fully customizable, letting you move the position, change the size and even tweak the transparency.

KOF-i features four game modes: “Team Battle” for 3-on-3 battles, “Single Battle” for 1-on-1, “Endless” mode for an endurance challenge with just one life, and “Training” mode where players can practice. Two-player action is supported via Bluetooth. Beyond this there’s also collectable virtual trading cards, art and sketches to unlock.

Right now there’s 14 characters in the game, but there will be a total of 20 by October as SNK plans to release free downloadable characters in the near future.
