Short of giving everyonetiny puppies wearing glassesor hiring five year old girls with speech impediments to hand out hand-drawn pictures of their families, Sega couldn’t possibly be doing a better job of making all the Japanese fans swell up with hearts in their eyes and squeals in their throats.
