We don’t know who they’re working for yet, but Imageepoch is up to something. According to a tweet by company CEO Ryoei Mikage, people behind games likeArc Rise FantasiaandSands of Destructionare doing something with a major video game maker. He says they had a meeting with this game maker where they showed off a prototype game.Siliconeratells us that the demo was approved and work has now started on the game.
We’ll be waiting a bit to hear specifics, though. Mikage says that their game won’t be ready until next year, probably sometime in the fall or winter.
I hope it’s a big, shiny PS3 JRPG. A new IP.
