Perhaps more than any other tradition in gaming, I would be most upset over the industry deciding to shy away from boss fights. (Actual boss fights, not “shoot it until it dies.”) That’ll probably never happen during our lifetime, thankfully; not so long as companies like Capcom keep putting out games with so many retro sensibilities.
In thisBionic Commando Rearmed 2clip, we’re shown the MegaCopter. Obviously, you’ll want to skip it if you are afraid of having its weakness revealed, but then again, it’s not exactly a huge secret or anything.
