The fist-bumping, butt-slapping behavior of the two protagonists — Salem and Rios — has been greatly reduced to match the game’s new, more serious tone. If you were down with the original title, don’t stress over the deconstruction too much; Weapons will still glitter and Aggro appears to be just as important.
Earlier today, Electronic Arts Montreal dropped four new screenshots of the game. There’s nothing to glean from the images that we didn’t already know, but it’s nice to look at all the pretty colors. Look at that blue, man.
We’ll definitely learn Dayduring E3, so stay tuned if you’re interested in how the bro-heavy title is shaping up.
