Take the originalHalocompositions by Martin O’Donnell and Michael Salvatori and give them to Japanese composers to toy with, and you’ll have some idea of what to expect from the score of Halo Legends, the animation extravaganza that explores the Halo universe.

The score was handed off to veteran composers Tetsuya Takahashi (Sonic: Night of the Werehog, Resident Evil: Degeneration) and Yasuharu Takanashi (Genji: Dawn of the Samurai), so expect good stuff when the OST releases on February 9th on both iTunes andSomething Digital’s website. Or, for the full experience, you may hang out until February 16th, whenHalo Legendswill be released on DVD, Blu-ray and digital download.
