These latest screens forGod of War III— released as part of Sony’s media blast forgamescom— aren’t as bloody as we might have expected. But this isn’t upsetting.

In fact, they’re relatively tame compared to some of the decapitation and entrail-removal we’ve seen. But it’s hard to argue that screens featuring Kratos firing a flaming bow and arrow at some sort of knife-wielding hell beast aren’t totally bad ass. Because, just… wow? Yeah.
