A while ago, GameStop had tremendous success with a rare show of “generosity” — offering 50% extra credit with all trade-ins for a week. Sure, it’s not the kind of thinggame publisherswant to hear, but who are we poor consumers to judge? It’s a decent bloody offer and we ought to take it. Especially since GameStop is doing it again!
Starting today, GameStop is once again giving out 50% extra credit for all trade-ins, leading to offers that actually approach decent. If you’ve got a load of crap to get rid of (spy thriller RPGs spring to mind) then this is the time to do it. The offer runs until at least next weekend, so get gathering your clutter.
Or not, if you are one of those “RAWR GAMESTOP IS EVIL” people. It’s all good!
