Square Enix’sLast Remnantpopped up out of nowhere some time ago, but it was just a name, with no story and hardly any visual content to connect to it. We didn’t see or hear much of anything on the title until later this year. Finally, at TGS, we had a chance to play just a little bit of it. Andwe really likedwhat we were able to see. In fact, just afew days ago, we called it the “next big Square Enix console release.”
Famitsu seems to be on the same page, scoringLast Remnant38 out of 40 in the latest issue, saysCVG. Scores broke down as 10/10/9/9, earning this RPG a Platinum Award. Of course, Famitsu isn’t the end-all in game reviews, so check back here soon for our review.
High Famitsu score or no, I’m still looking forward to the worldwide release on November 20th. How about you?
