Earlier this month, Epic Games trademarked the ominous-soundingGears of War: Exile. This is the part where I would normally tell you about the item of focus, but there isn’t much to say.
The trademarks cover “t-shirts,” “computer game hint books and instruction manuals,” and “video game software.” Don’t want to take my word for it?Go here and simply searchfor “Gears of War” or something similar. (The database doesnotlike being directly linked to.)
The obvious guess here would be thatpostponed VGA reveal, assuming the mystery announcement is as substantial as promised.Exilecertainly sounds like a big enough deal just in terms of the name.
