One of the increasingly popular ways to fund independent game development is to put out an early version with a one-time fee that eventually becomes the final product through updates and revisions.SpyPartywillbe going this route, as announced by designer Chris Hecker.

He has opened sign-ups for the paid beta, but urges that only those who are willing to pay the $15 asking price put their email in the running. You won’t have to pay until you get an actual invite, which will be going out “over the next few months.”
