During the Xbox Press Conference, Cliff Bleszinski got on stage and showed off another portion fromGears of War 2. Marcus Fenix, along with Dom, are running through the remains of the planets final home for humanity. Some of the new weapons, enemies and other new new features are shown throughout this six-minute presentation.
Towards the end of the video, the building Marcus and Dom are in collapses and they need to escape by taking an elevator, sideways. Marcus and Dom then get behind the Brumak that took the building down and a cinema starts up showing that Marcus wants to hijack the Brumak: “If they can ride them, so can we”.
Before Cliff leaves the stage, he reveals a new multiplayer mode called Horde. A team of five will play together as they have to take on swarms of Locust forces.Gears of War 2will be dropping this November 7, just two days beforewhat the rumors were saying.
