Dynasty Warriors Onlineis something that we should have been playing five years ago. Japan has enjoyed an online version ofDynasty Warriorsfor many years on PC, but now that Koei is bringing it to the PS3, there’s a decent chance we might get a sniff of it in the West. I bloody hope so, as itaims to bring24-player battling to the table!
Dynasty Warriors Onlineis hitting Japan on February 18, and it will offer a premium box with a soundtrack CD and poster. As well as the massive battles, player guilds and character customization are all part of the fun. No word on any potential release in North America, but it’s not like the game is so complex that one would need to read any text. Importing the Japanese version seems very, very tempting to me right now.
