Damn, what isupwith NECA recently? I’ve always liked itsAliensfigures and some of its videogame toys are badass, but the company’slatest workhas been …creepy… at best. The latest figure to get the “slightly horrific” treatment is none other thanDuke Nukem himself. He’s got balls of steel and a face of melted wax.
It’s not that it’s particularly terrible, it’s just “off” in enough places to make the whole thing appear unsettling. He looks like a cross between Dolph Lundgren and Billy Bob Thornton, and that’s never a good combination.
Am I imagining it, or is this figure just plainodd?
