When the Wii was first announced last year, there were two “mature” looking games on its tentative release slate. The first,Project: H.A.M.M.E.R.sadly looks to now be all but cancelled and the second,Disaster: Day of Crisis, kind of fell off the radar, even though Nintendo and developerMonolithpromised it would be coming out … someday.

If the final gameplay lives up to its epic, tsunami/earthquake/tornado dodging promise and is even half as fun as the underratedDisaster Report, this is one Wii game that I will most definitely have to check out.
