Square Enix has lined up the best in the world of street art, graffiti, photography and more to promote their upcoming August 23 releaseDeus Ex: Human Revolution(PS3, Xbox 360, PC). The game’s world will be brought to life through original art that will be shown in New York City on July 28th at the Wooster Street Social Club. The exhibit will run for two weeks.
The commissioned art will explore the game’s storyline, which focuses on the state of humanity as cybernetic augmentation is introduced to the masses. The artists will each show one work that stands on their feelings on either pro-augmentation or anti-augmentation.
“With support from Square Enix, Juxtapoz and the art community, we’ve selected a group of artists from all disciplines who will explore both pro and anti-augmentation in their works, based on the captivating storyline from the game,” said Estevan Oriol, co-founder and creative director of SA Studios Global.
Below the jump you’ll find a list of the artists that have been selected to contribute to this project.
