Destructoid is doing it again! We’re going to be playing games for 24-hours straight and we need you to support us all the way through it, community! We’re going to be playing all sorts of games and doing all sorts of fun activities, all detailed below.
On top of all that, we’re going to be giving away a ton of games, shirts and all sorts of other swag. We have amazing prize packs from Capcom, Ubisoft, Sega, Electronic Arts, Activision, ASTRO Gaming and other gaming companies. It’s a total of over$7,000 in prizesall detailed on this page.
We’re going to be entertaining and giving away prizes to all of you and all that we ask is for you todonate some money to the Extra Life charity to help Children’s Miracle Network hospitals. 5:00 PM Speed Run ChallengeDuring the Destructoid Extra Life 24 hour marathon, we are proud to announce that the Comic-con demo ofSonic Colorswill be on hand and our friends at Sega have allowed us to stream our play time to everyone watching! Since Sonic is the “fastest thing alive!”, we will be playingSonic Colorsduring our “Speed Run Challenge” block of gaming, sometime between 5:00 PM and 8:00 PM (PST).

Donate at least $15 dollars and enter the tournament mode hosted by Destructoid, with the winner getting a sweet prize pack!
