PAX East kicks offthis Friday for the first time in Boston. We have some plans in store for the weekend, but just like the first time when Destructoid went to PAX in Seattle, we’re going to be winging things as we explore the city for the first time.
Here are some things that are happening for sure:
Thursday:PlayStation Move previewevent at the Colonnade Hotel, right across the street from the convention center. Event is from 5:00PM to 8:00PM.
While the Move event is happening, others will be making a trip toThe Publick Houseat 6:00PM for food and drinks.
Friday:PAX East 2010 Keynote with host Wil Wheaton at 3:00PM. At 6:30PM is theThe Misadventures of P.B. Winterbottompanel where I will be gettingmy pie eating revengeon. I need your support so come to the panel! Then there’s the Friday night concerts with The Protomen, Anamanaguchi and Metroid Metal at 8:30PM.
Saturday:Chiptune 5 show starring Dtoid’s own Zen Albatross. 10:30AM in room 309 of the convention center.
Will be meeting up somewhere at the show for group pictures! Make sure you wear a Dtoid shirt this day!
Saturday night we’re going to the 2OLD2PLAY and SFX360Gamers Gone Wild party. Rock Band tournament cosplay contest, prizes and Carlos Ferro will all be at the party!
Sunday:PAX ends at 6:00PM but we can have the fun and games continue over atJillian’s Bostonat 7:00PM.
Monday:TBA.
